Our client is one of the largest dairy processors in the United States.
Our client is looking for an experienced leader to drive change and upgrade the overall quality of company management through ongoing leadership and team development. Also responsible for continual coaching and consultation on matters of succession planning and long-term cultural issues.
Design and install a succession planning program that assesses and addresses the performance and development needs of the company's management team.
Responsible for the assessment and continued improvement of the company’s training needs.
Assemble, validate and define a competency model for use in recruiting, training and performance management.
Provides expertise in strategy development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations efforts.
Assists with planning, implementation, and on-going maintenance of Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Equal Employment Opportunity, Diversity, and Compensation Programs.
Assist with the development and implementation of major changes management initiatives.
Required: BS; 10 +years in organizational development.
Experience with Achieve Global, Crucial Conversations, Lominger, Birkman, assessment centers or similar tools will be important.
