JOB TITLE: CORPORATE RECRUITER

POSITION SUMMARY:
Partner with assigned divisions to provide strategic human resource support with a focus on managing the recruitment/staffing function; implement recruitment plans in a volume-recruiting environment; identify appropriate sourcing strategies; maintain relationships with all candidates for future openings; work with advertising placement agency in submitting these to be published; work as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and other human resources staff; build strong relationships with the various key players to ensure the ability to influence, guide and drive the recruiting process; prepare management reports and make recommendations for improvement; conduct exit interviews for analyses purposes.
FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:

- Attendance: Present for work when scheduled is a mandatory function. Work hours may extend pass normal business hours based on the workload of the department.
- Safety: Your compliance and enforcement of all company safety rules, procedures and guidelines is essential. Reporting of safety issues is mandatory.
- Provide leadership and content expertise in the recruitment function.
- Focusing on delivering quality candidates for key positions in the consulting and sales function.
- Manage the search process from sourcing through final candidate selection.
- Develop strong relationships with internal customers, executives and stakeholders in the recruitment process.
- Develop a strong network of external sources to increase quality applicant flow and deliver the staffing results needed by the organization.
- Participate in leading the internal change processes identified to improve the recruitment function.
- Ability to recruit for a diverse work environment.
- Ability to promote and understand the agency's goals,
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management to ensure proactive recruitment activity.
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment.

- Coordinates the collection and analysis of data.
- Prepares reports to track agreed-upon measures and outcomes related to staff engagement.
CORPORATE RECRUITER
POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of principles and practices of HR with a specific knowledge of best practices within recruitment and retention; project management experience required. Must have a hands-on style with strong assessment, interpersonal and organizational capabilities. Some travel. Bachelor’s degree preferred; PHR/SPHR certification preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, follow through, active listening skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based recruiting system. Sound judgment and decision-making skills; goal-oriented.
Experience: Five + years successful recruitment and selection experience in the middle management and leadership level. Five plus years experience working in recruitment in a corporate office environment. Experience in recruiting in a corporate environment, results-driven and accountable for results, possession of excellent client interfacing skills.
