Responsibilities
- Conduct training and leadership development needs assessment in support of firmwide and divisional goals.
- Source, design, deliver and evaluate new training and leadership development curriculum, programs and tools.
- Revise and update existing training and leadership development programs and tools.
- Design structured learning and role transition tools and programs to support development of associates and leaders.
- Measure the effectiveness of training and leadership development programs.
- Facilitate internal training and leadership development programs.
- Responsible for managing the overall quality of leadership development. programs, scheduling classes, certifying internal facilitators, managing budget and contracting for services as appropriate.
Requirements
- Master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology, organizational development, human resources, or a related area is preferred, but not required.
- Five to seven years of experience in consulting on training and leadership development, curriculum design, and training delivery is required.
- Training evaluation and measurement Kirkpatrick's levels of evaluation is preferred, but not required.
- Experience in multi-media learning.
- Experience managing vendor relationships.
- Experience managing costs.
- Experience coaching others on process and performance improvement.
- Experience with data analysis and proposing solutions.
- Expert in curriculum design.
- Demonstrated knowledge of adult-learning principles.
- Knowledge of Instructional System Design methodology and experience in application.
- Advanced stand-up training and group facilitation skills.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership and variety of internal customers to design and implement tools and programs to best meet their needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project-management skills.
- Expert in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
