Position:      Sr. O.D. Consultant
Salary:         Up to high $90's
Company:    A very dynamic client company of the Human Resources Partnership Inc.(fee paid):  an agency that specializes in placement of H.R. professionals since 1994. (see ww.hrp-inc.com)

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead corp. O.D. initiatives working collaboratively with clients to lead to organizational diagnoses utilizing data based methodologies to identify critical issues, root causes and assess client needs
  • Identifies, recommends, designs and/or implements appropriate solutions utilizing change management principles and tools, and measures appropriate interventions to evaluate effectiveness.



Requirements include:

  • Relevant advanced degree plus at least ten years of relevant experience with at top tier company.
  • Ability to design, gain alignment and successfully execute significant OD initiatives from start to finish (as demonstrated on resume).
