Position:       Sr. Organizational Development Consultant

A progressive, rapidly growing company, headquartered in the St. Louis area is seeking a Senior Organizational Development Consultant to lead corporate and cross functional organizational development initiatives. This position also focuses on enhancing organization, group and individual performance through the application of organization development principles, methods and tools. Qualified candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in I/O Psychology, OD, HRD or Business Administration (PhD is a plus) and 10+ years experience with a large corporation implementing OD initiatives. Compensation is 80K to 90K’s + bonus.
