Function:
This NEWLY CREATED position leads the Learning & Education department in the areas of learning effectiveness, testing and evaluation. You will craft and shape the strategies for these areas across the US as well as contributing at the Global level. This position is responsible for designing and conducting an array of teaching evaluation and learning assessment projects to determine and document best teaching practices, effective learner feedback and demonstrating the effectiveness of results, ROI, programs, initiatives and curricula

Requirements:
Fifteen plus years experience in relevant role. Strong business acumen. Advanced analytical (SPSS), consulting, oral and written skills. Thought leader with published (conference delivered) contributions. Ability to lead high performance teams. Must understand learning assessment in the context of performance, psychometrics/statistics and adaptive testing. Strong risk management associated with high-stakes testing. Demonstrated proficiency with evaluation/assessment design, item response theory, criterion reference testing, test validation, assessment development and administration and survey research design and administration. Real world experience in developing strategic vision related to the use of diagnostics, pre and post-intervention testing, authentic assessment, certification, credentialing and training evaluation. Demonstrated success implementing higher-level evaluation of learning (Kirkpatrick L2-4; Phillips L5). Graduate degree required, PhD preferred. Working knowledge of NASBA’s CPE requirements. Professional services background a plus. Travel 40-60%.
