Our Mission

We will serve the Organization Development (OD) community and promote its growth through education, networking, and sponsored events.

We will continuously strive to enhance, support, and contribute to the OD experience of our members by providing interactive learning and shared experiences that expand the broad understanding of OD and OD best practices. 

Our goal is to provide practical solutions that can be used in the workplace, and to create an atmosphere where our members can meet each other, exchange ideas, and learn from each other’s unique experiences.
