STL OD Network Presents: Ten Drivers of High Performing Organization June 11th 2020

230+ plus academic studies of high performance organizations suggest they benefit from +29% profits, + 23% total shareholder return, +20 % return on investment, +11% return on sales and +10% revenue when compared to organizations that are not high performance (de Waal, 2008).

Our facilitators will share their research study and ten drivers of high performance within organizations. They will also help you pinpoint where your organization fits on the continuum and develop ideas for closing performance gaps.

About the Facilitators

Hank Orme brings seasoned and results-oriented business experience to his role as Managing Partner of Performance Lab. His specialty is leading organizations, especially building companies that are highly performing and achieve exponential growth by means of a dynamic strategic plan.

A graduate of Indiana University as a Foundation Scholar, Hank worked 33 years with Whirlpool Corporation where he led business units, including its Shanghai, China global presence. He then led Nebraska-bred Lincoln Industries, growing organic revenue 5x in 13.5 years. His interest in high performance motivated him to create with two other executives a company called Performance pH, designed to research, assess, and deliver high performance strategies to clients.

Rebecca Ellis has recently joined Performance Lab with nearly 20 years’ experience in learning, organization development, and change. She’s passionate about discovering opportunities to maximize human potential to deliver customer-centric solutions.

As Managing Director, Rebecca’s role is to provide strategic guidance to clients who desire to build a high performance culture with a strategic plan to support it. Rebecca received her Ph.D. in Organizational Development from Benedictine University, and she’s also a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).

Rebecca believes in a “work hard, play hard” philosophy and often enjoys visiting new cultures and destinations with her husband, Sean, and their two children. Rebecca also volunteers in the community mentoring many individuals trying to find their purpose in and outside of HR.
