St. Louis region's network for OD professionals.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
This is a special program you will not want to miss! Hear from a legendary author on organization change and development.
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This program draws from Burke’s journal article, “A perspective on the field of organization development and change: The Zeigarnik ” (2011) from the Journal of Applied Behavioral Science. As research on the Zeigarnik effect showed, Burke suggests that we tend to remember things incomplete more than we remember things that have been completed. Burke will challenge practitioners with the notion that there is much work yet to be done in the OD field.
