St. Louis Organization Development Network

About Us

The St. Louis Organization Development Network (STL-ODN) is a congenial, constantly growing community of professionals all with an interest in learning and applying organization development strategies and tools to support the growth, development and performance of organizations, teams, and individuals.

We work within the St. Louis region as well as nationally and globally with corporations, not-for-profit organizations and small businesses.  Some of us are internal consultants, advisors or trainers, and some of us are external consultants, coaches and facilitators.  We utilize almost every type of OD strategy and technique in the service of leadership development and increased organizational effectiveness.

Our members are leaders in St. Louis organizations such as Ameren, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Barnes-Jewish Hospital, Boeing, Covidien, Edward Jones, Graybar, Maritz, MasterCard, Monsanto, Purina, SSM Health Care, Washington University, Saint Louis University, University of Missouri, and many, many others.

We come together to learn from one another and share ideas and resources about the latest developments and "best practices" in the field of OD.  Learning and growing together as OD professionals enables us to return to our usual work environments with increased perspective, ideas and spirit!  We come together to share insights and walk away with a whole lot more.

We hope you will explore our website to learn more about our organization and to access information on the programs, resources, and services STL-ODN offers.  Even more, we hope you will become actively involved in our community.  We encourage you to find your own special place within our network.

Of course if you have any questions, please contact one of our STL-ODN Board members. We want to help you have an enjoyable and rewarding experience.

Please download here our STL-ODN flyer, with information about us, fun facts and the contact details from our board of directors.
