If there’s anything 2020 taught us, it’s that resilience is key to not just surviving but ending up on the other side of a challenge better because of it. Resilience is the ability to cope with a crisis and return to a state of calm effectively and efficiently. Resilient people have the strength and personal resources to handle difficulty and navigate stress with ease.

In this program, we will discover science-based strategies to build this vital skill in individuals and teams and see how it takes you from merely coping, to positively thriving in the face of professional and personal challenge.

By the end of the session, OD practitioners can expect to:

  • Gain an appreciation for the latest science on resiliency
  • Increase your resilience as an individual and for your team, during times of change and uncertainty
  • Receive tactical tools to recover faster from difficulty and lead others to do the same
